The Employee Experience = The Customer Experience

Leading both internal and external communications for a company gives you a unique insight into the incredible influence your employee experience has over your customer/client experience.

When I led not only HR and Brand Culture but also PR, Social Media, Customer Care and Community Relations I saw it firsthand.

When you have a great culture and you share it with customers/clients and the community, you go beyond building company culture, you’re now building brand culture and that impacts performance.

This graphic gives just a few examples of how performance can be positively influenced by the employee experience (company culture).

It’s another reminder that it’s not about perks and parties, it’s about the way you communicate, collaborate and show respect for those who are on your team and in your care.

It’s never too late to create the culture you want and your employees deserve.
